- Meeting with the couple and the parents to identify their needs – Consultation and continuous communication
- Vendor contact to confirm day-of details (week prior to wedding)
- Event Schedule for your wedding party and family
- Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors
- Acting as a liaison between you and vendors
- Budget Preparation
- Planning detailed checklist
- Identification of event venues (hotels, wedding manor etc.)
- Identifying and hiring of wedding professionals and service providers (caterers, photographers, videographers, beautician, florists, etc.), and preparation and execution of contracts
- Procurement of customized decorations
- Manage and Coordinate pre-wedding, wedding and post wedding events (Decor – Event, House, Car, bride – groom makeup etc.
- Catering – Event, small catering arrangements for wedding house, Driver’s food etc.
- Vendor Management – caterer, cutlery, decorator, band, entertainment & music DJ, dance troop, celebrity management, transporter, labour management etc.
- Hospitality services: Welcome of guests at event, house, airport; welcome of bride & groom)
- Coordination of deliveries/services on the wedding day
- Manages the schedule
- Assist and prepare legal documentation and translations – especially for destination weddings
- Have a back-up plan in the event of a disaster
